What are we looking at?

Start with the type of device so we can route it to the right bench.

Device category
Please choose a device category.
Please tell us the make.
Please tell us the model.

Assessment first

Every device is diagnosed before we quote, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

Component level

We repair the actual fault where possible instead of replacing an entire assembly.

Straight answers

If a repair is not economical, we say so up front rather than running up the bill.

Common questions

Does booking commit me to a repair?

No. The booking reserves a slot and tells us what to expect. We assess the device, then send you a quote — the repair only goes ahead once you approve it.

How long does a repair usually take?

It depends entirely on the fault and on parts availability. We give you a realistic timeframe together with the quote, once the device has been assessed.

What if my device is not on the list?

Choose Something else as the category and describe the device in the fault description. We will let you know whether we can take it on.

Can I send photos of the damage?

Yes, and it genuinely helps. Reply to your confirmation email with photos attached and quote your booking reference so they reach the right job.

Do you collect, or do I bring the device in?

Either. Drop-off and courier are both fine, and we offer on-site collection — a collection fee may apply depending on your area, and we confirm that up front.
